I mean to be honest that just sounds like the driller doing his job, i don't see the issue

That leaves the tanky specials to me, which is fine, but the main reason I dislike playing this class is that I keep feeling stepped on by the driller. Even ignoring that, their flamethrower takes out hordes quickly enough that it feels like I am wasting bullets.

I feel an enormous conflict between gunner and driller. I love saving lives with shields, ziplines are super useful, and the weapons are a blast to use. It's not that I find the class unenjoyable to play.

He was the last one to hit max level back before promotions and he is the only one left in bronze tier (trailing by 3 promotions at one point), where everyone else is silver. So with my just over 400 hours sunk into the game, I have to say that gunner is by far my least favorite class.
